1. Purchase & License

Smart SMM Panel script is sold exclusively through CodeCanyon (Envato Market). By purchasing the script, you agree to Envato's standard licensing terms. Each regular license permits use on a single domain.

Extended licenses are available for SaaS applications or if you intend to charge end-users for access to the software.

2. Support & Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime free updates. You'll receive all bug fixes, security patches, and new features released for the script at no additional cost.

Support is provided through CodeCanyon's item support system for 6 months after purchase. Extended support licenses are available for continued assistance.

3. Refund Policy

As a digital product sold on CodeCanyon, refunds are handled according to Envato's refund policy. Generally, refunds are available if:

• The item is significantly different from its description
• The item doesn't work as described and cannot be fixed
• You purchased the item by mistake (within reasonable limits)

We cannot provide refunds if you simply changed your mind or lack the technical requirements to use the script.

4. Server Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your hosting environment meets the minimum requirements:

• PHP 8.0 or higher
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
• Required PHP extensions (detailed in documentation)
• SSL certificate (required for payment processing)

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the script to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the script files
• Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of the code
• Use for illegal activities or promote prohibited content
• Create derivative works for resale

6. Disclaimer

Smart SMM Panel provides the script software only. We are not responsible for the SMM services you sell through your panel, your relationships with API providers, or any business decisions you make while operating your panel.

The script is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or earnings from using the software.
